1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the gbd22 website and associated platform services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the gbd22 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotional offers published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including players who have registered accounts and visitors who access the Platform without registering. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the gbd22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party or for any commercial purpose.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of gbd22, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from gbd22 or had an account closed by gbd22 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not for the benefit of another person or entity.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the Platform.

gbd22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Players who are unable to satisfactorily verify their eligibility will have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of gbd22 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. gbd22 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration information has been provided, with any associated balance forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one active gbd22 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from them may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gbd22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify gbd22 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. gbd22 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing to protect your funds.

3.4 KYC Verification

In order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform, gbd22 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name).

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gbd22 may request updated documentation at any time, particularly if account activity patterns suggest unusual or suspicious behaviour.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gbd22 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by gbd22, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your gbd22 account balance instantly. gbd22 does not charge a fee on deposits; any fees levied by your chosen payment provider are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by gbd22 within the timeframes stated below, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending review or investigation on the account:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 15–30 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. gbd22 does not charge a withdrawal fee on its side; payment provider fees may apply. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the gbd22 account holder.

4.4 Currency

gbd22 supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR) as native account currencies. Players select their account currency at the time of registration; currency cannot be changed after the account is opened. No currency conversion fees are applied to same-currency transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

gbd22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotional credits aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which supplement these general bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to a gbd22 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Bonus funds are separate from deposited real-money funds. Real-money funds in your account are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the offer terms state otherwise. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

gbd22 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering bonus funds exclusively on low-risk outcomes to meet requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other players to extract value from promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to account closure.

5.4 Promotional Changes

gbd22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on gbd22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule will take precedence with respect to that game only.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets. gbd22 reserves the right to restrict market access, limit maximum stake sizes, or decline bets without explanation. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet once confirmed, provided the bet is accepted.

In-play bets are accepted on the understanding that the result of any market may be known before a bet is placed in fast-moving situations. gbd22 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome was known at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on gbd22 are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical outcomes (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers. gbd22 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Historical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the game information panel.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in a game or bet being settled incorrectly, gbd22 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. gbd22 will not honour winnings that result from a manifest technical error, regardless of whether funds have been credited to an account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbd22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, system errors, or loopholes in promotions for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits that were legitimately made and used on the Platform.

• Allowing or facilitating third parties to use your account, including family members and associates.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gbd22 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of gbd22 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of gbd22.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not extend to:

• Reselling or commercially exploiting any content or service available through the Platform.
• Downloading, copying, or reproducing any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modifying or creating derivative works based on any content available through the Platform.
• Using data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform without gbd22's prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the licensing arrangements between those studios and gbd22. Players have no rights over third-party game content beyond the right to play the game within the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

The gbd22 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbd22 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

gbd22 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient security measures on your own device and network to protect yourself from any threats arising from your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbd22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gbd22 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall gbd22 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access the Platform, regardless of whether gbd22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your gbd22 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon requesting account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

11.2 Termination by gbd22

gbd22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (subject to applicable dormant account procedures).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to do so.

Where an account is closed by gbd22 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance — including real-money deposits that were used in conjunction with fraudulent activity — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. gbd22 will notify you at the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. If after a further 30 days no activity is recorded and no response to the notification is received, a monthly administration fee may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which gbd22 operates. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the gbd22 Platform — including but not limited to disputes over bet settlement, bonus terms, account closure, or withdrawal processing — you should contact gbd22 support at [email protected] in the first instance. Our support team will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 5 business days of receiving your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. gbd22 will provide a written final response to any unresolved complaint within 14 business days of escalation.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. gbd22 recognises that players retain any rights afforded to them by the laws of their jurisdiction that cannot be contractually waived.
